The Great Lakes Captains Association seeks to promote safety, education and good fellowship between operators and others with related interests. The association informs members of events and programs that will help them in their jobs including updates and new rules to navigation. We work with boat owners and companies so there will be more informed communication and stronger cooperation between them and the workforce leading to safer boating practices.
